Motorcycle Rental Rates & Models - South�Miami, FL location

The South Miami, Florida store offers a great selection of new Harley-Davidson� motorcycles for rent. They are nicely accessorized for two up riding in comfort.
It's a good idea to "try before you buy" or if your motorcycle is in for Service, you can enjoy a different ride for the day.
Advance reservations are recommended.
We do NOT offer motorcycle rentals in Key West, FL but we do have a Retail store on Duval street that carries Motorclothes� & collectibles.
We do NOT offer ONE-WAY rentals to another city or state.

HOG� members:
We give a 20% discount on 1 or 2 day rentals for H.O.G. members. 3 days and more are discounted for everyone.
There are no discounts during Special Events such as Key West Poker Run, Daytona Beach Bike week and BiketoberFest.
There is a three day minimum charge during special events.

Please check with your personal insurance carrier before renting a motorcycle. This will provide information if you will be covered or to what extent you will be covered on a RENTAL motorcycle. Auto policies DO NOT cover rental motorcycles.
We offer optional coverages that are available at additional cost: Loss Damage Waiver, Personal Accident/Personal Property Insurance, and Supplemental Liability Insurance.

Reservations are not required but recommended. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy or you forfeit your deposit.
All rentals must be picked up or returned at least 1 hour before the close of the store.

The South store is about 30-35 minutes from Key Largo; close to the beginning of the Florida Keys.

We will be happy to provide maps, hotel and entertainment information as well.

We are located aprox. 30 minutes south of Miami Intl. Airport. Take US 1 (Dixie Highway) to SW 198 Street or the FL Turnpike Southbound to exit 12 (Caribbean Blvd.)

Renters may leave their vehicles in a designated area of our parking lot. RVs and trailers are not permitted but we can refer you to nearby facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Since Florida has made changes to their helmet law, do I need to wear a helmet?
A: Yes. Harley-Davidson� Authorized Rental Program requires the rider and any passenger to wear a helmet that meets D.O.T. specifications at all times.

Q: Will my current insurance or credit card cover me on a rental motorcycle?
A: Most likely not. Do not assume your motorcycle insurance covers a rental motorcycle. It is the renters responsibility to supply proof of insurance for a rental motorcycle. If not, we have coverages available to you at reasonable prices for the length of your rental.

Q: I have a Florida temporary motorcycle permit. Can I rent a motorcycle?
A: No. We require you have a valid motorcycle endorsement on your license from the state or country of residence.

Q: Does Peterson's have a shuttle from the airport or can they deliver a bike to me?

A: No, we do not provide transportation or deliver bikes. Renter must pickup and return the bike to our location. You can take a taxi here or leave a rental car in our parking lot.
